As a Patient Services Representative II, you will be the face of our company for patients seeking routine health checks or life-altering health insights. Your key responsibilities include :

• Phlebotomy : Skillfully drawing blood samples and preparing specimens for lab testing, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.
• Patient Interaction : Building trust and confidence by explaining procedures and creating a positive experience.
