Job descriptionPatient Interaction : Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly, and create a comfortable and trusting environment. Specimen Collection : Draw blood samples accurately and efficiently, following established protocols. Data Entry : Maintain accurate records and documentation. Process Improvement : Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent. Medical assistant or paramedic training is preferred. Phlebotomy certification is preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington). Minimum 6 months of relevant experience; 1+ years preferred. Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients. Strong customer service skills. Proficiency in keyboard / data entry. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
