Overview

Eagle Metalcraft is recruiting for a CNC Programmer and Set-up Machinist to join their team!

Pay Range : $20.00 - $28.00 / hour DOE

Responsibilities

• Candidate will program all CNC Machining using CAM software.
• CNC Program from our Customer supplied engineering drawings / revisions and CAD files.
• Create organize and maintain detailed set-up sheets.
• Design build set-up and fixture all machines as required to optimize part production and quality.
• Qualify and QC all parts to meet customer requirements on first article and production inspections.
• Set-up train instruct and monitor machine operators on all phases of production runs.
• Determine operations materials and tooling required to complete jobs to our Customers satisfaction.
• Optimize programs fixtures tooling
• Operate all CNC and manual equipment as needed for both prototypes and production requirements.
• Assist with quoting of new or revised parts and to suggest best methods to produce quality parts in a cost efficient manner.
• Maintain troubleshoot and repair equipment on an as needed and scheduled basis.
• Training of personnel to perform all phases of our manufacturing operations.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Willingness to perform other duties as requested or assigned to meet our customers demands.
