🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver high-touch, consultative customer service

• Demonstrate and explain premium sewing and vacuum products

• Help customers solve problems, complete projects, and feel confident in their purchases

• Build lasting customer relationships through trust and expertise

• Collaborate with a professional, performance-focused team

✅ What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of retail or consultative sales experience (high-end or specialty retail preferred)

• 1+ year of customer service experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented

• Comfortable learning technical products and explaining them clearly

(Experience with sewing, crafting, or vacuums is a plus - but not required. We provide training.)

⏰ Schedule

• 5 days per week

• 9:45 AM - 6:15 PM

• Closed Sundays - guaranteed day off every week
