Key Responsibilities

Manage inbox

Organize emails to appropriate folders
Send follow up emails to customers
Prioritize emails
Manage WordPress website
Respond to comments and check that plugins are up to date
Write blog posts for recipes on WordPress keeping in mind proper format and optimizing SEO
Login to MediaVine Dashboard and ensure ads are running properly
Export new subscribers into FloDesk
Create newsletters in FloDesk using Canva
Login to Shopify to check that orders are coming through and follow up with pending customer complaints
Ensure all recipes on website are saved in Google Drive
Assist with holiday giveaways, creating sellable ebooks, virtual cooking classes, etc.
Assist with various other projects / tasks

Requirements

Experience in Canva (a must)
