Job Summary
The IT SharePoint Developer Role is customer focused and facilitates converting functional business requirements into applications and solutions to drive business processes. The key responsibilities and qualifications include designing, developing, administering and maintaining SharePoint Online applications and solutions. The developer must demonstrate experience with Microsoft PowerApps, including Power Automate and be familiar with Infowise Ultimate Forms Solution. The developer will configure SharePoint systems based on requirements as defined and approved by the business and ensure that the SharePoint development is done in a way that is scalable and reliable. The position will require collaborating with stakeholders of differing skill levels to gather requirements and implement solutions. The developer must ensure compliance with security and governance policies and established guidelines. The SharePoint developer should have a strong understanding of the SharePoint Online framework, front-end development, and site customization options. Our ideal candidate demonstrates a service-minded approach with the ability to multitask, adapts to change and possess strong problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.
Education & Experience
Required :
- Bachelor's degree or any other relevant degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a SharePoint Online Environment with a strong focus on front-end development, site migration and customization
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for modern SharePoint development and proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (which includes Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, REST API, PowerShell
- Knowledge of Infowise Ultimate Forms Solution is a plus
- Experience with MS Teams integration
- Ability to create responsive designs and UI / UX using modern web technologies
- Experience with process flow mapping, documentation and design
- Capable to facilitate and negotiate solutions across enterprise applications
- Experience working with stakeholders and documenting requirements
- Keeps abreast with emerging technologies and processes to support continuous improvement both professionally and within our digital environment
