Qualifications
- No degree is required.
- High School Diploma / GED Preferred.
- 1 year of Management experience or previous Goodwill Retail or Warehouse Experience.
- Valid MO or IL state driver’s license and insurance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
- Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with workplace technology like registers, scheduling, and inventory management software.
