JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process daily shipment data from suppliers and manage the input into the IFS system
- Monitor and place daily orders into supplier systems
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently
- Is a good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
- Is detail and results oriented with the ability to plan daily activities to meet delivery goals
- Regularly meet multiple deadlines while handling emergency requests in a timely manner.
- Complies with company rules and policies while following instructions from supervisory and management personnel
- Other duties or tasks as assigned.
