Mailroom and Shipping Coordinator - JLL

What this job involves : As a Mailroom and Shipping Coordinator at JLL, you will be responsible for receiving, sorting, processing, and distributing all incoming packages and pallets while managing outgoing shipments through designated freight suppliers. This role requires you to maintain inventory using client inventory systems, process shipping labels for outbound shipments, and utilize SCLogic scanners to scan and record all incoming and outgoing packages for both internal and external operations. You'll prepare and ship non-regulated packages received daily while managing temperature-sensitive shipments and coordinating package delivery to customer work areas that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and client service in mail and shipping operations.

What your day-to-day will look like :

Package and Shipment Processing :

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute all incoming packages and pallets with comprehensive attention to detail
• Pick up, process, validate documentation, and handoff to designated freight supplier all client-outgoing packages
• Record and label materials while maintaining accurate documentation systems
• Prepare and ship all non-regulated packages received daily following established protocols
• Process all requests and orders while ensuring timely completion and accuracy

Location : St. Paul, MN

Estimated compensation for this position :

20.00 - 24.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
