Qualifications :
- Bring Your Own Equipment : Bengal does not provide trucks, trailers, or equipment.
- Contract Position (1099) : Flexibility with independent contractor status.
- Required Equipment : A well-maintained 3 / 4 ton or 1-ton truck & 36’ / 40’ gooseneck trailer. We also accept one-car hauler 24’ / 28’ gooseneck trailers.
- Excellent Driving Record : No at-fault accidents in the last 5 years. No moving violations in the last 3 years. Clean MVR.
- Stay Within FMCSA & DOT Laws : Contractors must be self-motivated and compliant with federal regulations.
- Communication Skills : Effective communication with dispatchers and clients is key.
- Drug Testing : Pre-employment and random drug tests are required.
