Great opportunity for an experienced Shipping Offer Specialist to join our team at 882 Linden Ave. East Rochester, NY 14445.

Position Responsibilities :

Key functions of this role include performing shipping office / print room responsibilities for domestic and international shipments for the Consumables and DR business supporting Rochester Distribution Center, Rochester Manufacturing Facility and Oregon Manufacturing Facility.

This position will interface with Logistics Operations, RDU (local carrier), domestic and ocean carriers, and freight forwarders, to arrange for transportation of Carestream Health shipments. Additional work activities will be to create shipments, assign booking information in SAP and the creation and distribution of various export documentation in accordance with US Export Regulations and non-US importation regulations.

Required Skills & Education :

• High School or GED.
• 3+ years minimum shipping office or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years Warehouse Operations or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating shipping documentation. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and do multiple job tasks.
• Must be able to work Monday Thru Friday 7am to 3 : 30pm.
