Compensation : $40.76 - $40.76 / hour

Tessera is seeking a reliable and technically skilled Shop Foreman to join a team dedicated to supporting our nation's military service members. Our Fleet Department thrives on strong relationships built by partnership, integrity, and excellence. You will lead day-to-day shop operations, mentor technicians, and ensure production, quality, HAZMAT compliance, and shop safety. This role monitors work-in-progress escalates personnel issues to management, and maintains timely, compliant repair and maintenance of military and heavy equipment.
