Fuse Specialty Appliances, a retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, is seeking a Full-Time Showroom Manager to support Showroom operations activities in our upcoming Fort Myers location. The individual will work with existing systems and teams to ensure a high quality customer experience. They Coordinate daily showroom activities including events outside of business hours, trainings, and other facility needs. The candidate will work in company ERP, Hubspot, and use Microsoft Excel / Outlook as necessary tools. Effectively working with others is a needed skill as there are many stakeholders including on-site principal leadership.

Primary Functions :

• Responsible for showroom operations, ensuring that all aspects of the store experience are working seamlessly.
• Assists in leading the team including hiring, coaching, training, scheduling, goals, expectations, and development.
• Actively manages showroom staff including operational sales functions, and showroom reception.
• Ensures the showroom is physically prepared and maintained to exacting standards.
• Plans, executes and manages store events
• Coordinates with marketing for on-site events management
• Maintains showroom calendar.
• Works with internal and external resources to coordinate all facilities maintenance for the location.
• Serves as primary interface with Accounting to ensure proper management of payment and return processing for the location.
• Ensures cash and check handling processes are followed.
• Coordinates store meetings and build agenda for them ensuring that all corporate communications are effectively made within the showroom to all staff members.
