Client Communication :  Liaise with clients to coordinate notarization and reporting services, providing clear instructions and support.QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS : MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Mobile Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for notarization, document management, and reporting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and reporting on digital transactions or events. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in notarizing documents and preparing digital reports. Understanding of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to notarization, remote notarization, and digital reporting. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance the dual responsibilities of notarization and digital reporting.JOB REQUIREMENTS :  Strong Internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
