The selected candidate will spearhead the development of customer relations and insurance policy sales, focusing on delivering tailored insurance solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clientele. As a full-time Producer / Agent, you’ll be part of a progressive team that values comprehensive service delivery and maintains our reputation as a trusted provider of property and casualty insurance products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake sales of a wide range of property and casualty insurance products to both new and existing clients.
- Provide proactive customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships and ensure the retention of accounts.
- Assess client’s individual needs to ensure that appropriate policies are matched effectively, enhancing customer satisfaction and coverage accuracy.
