Volt is immediately hiring an Onsite Manager in Chandler, AZ .
Direct hire - $70,000 - $85,000 year
As an Program Manager you will :
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a technical supply Company.
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, quality of work, compliance, and customer standards.
- Lead and manage the on-site team : Managing payroll processing, time, and attendance, and traning of staff
- Support the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
- Manage the program budget. Allocate resources efficiently and effectively
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business on-site, improve operational efficiency, and program effectiveness
This is a F ull time, Direct Hire opportunity .
Monday - Friday 7am - 4 pm
The ideal candidate will have :
70,000 - $85,000 year
