Job Overview :

The Site Support Manager functions as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team providing timely and accurate assistance, managing support operations, and developing strategies to improve the service process.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Pass a level 1 background check.
• Staff must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working in the social services and / or health care fields and must have the following abilities :
• Able to follow procedures and job tools including reporting requirements.
• Able to acquire, evaluate, and report information accurately.
• Able to participate and contribute to regular meetings.
• Able to interact with the community in a clear, compassionate manner, respectful of diversity and unique needs.
• Must have active listening skills.
• Must have good organizational skills and be accountable.
• Able to involve appropriate others in managing problems and conflict.
• Able to work well with others.
• Able to function in a dynamic and stressful environment with little or no supervision, adapting to change, negotiating compromise, and tolerating ambiguity.
• Able to stand and or sit for two-hour periods.
• Able to speak clearly on the phone and in person.
• Able to work outdoors in inclement weather, extreme heat and / or humidity.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform assigned tasks / be drug-free.

Labor Rates : The following rates include labor wages, lodging, per diem, and travel. The labor rate is inclusive of straight time and overtime.

Pay Rate : $48.00 / hr.

Each applicant interested in supporting in Louisiana will need to deploy and arrive at the designated site within 24 hours - 48 hours from the time of notice. Each applicant will need to complete their onboarding packet. It is uncertain as to the locations where personnel will be needed but will be located at a staging area established by the Department of Children and Family Services Deployments or other State agencies in various regions of the state.
