We are seeking a hardworking individual to join our speech therapy team on a full-time basis for the 2024-2025 school year. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for developing treatment plans, completing evaluations, and collaborating with parents and other key stakeholders for a caseload K-5th graders.Additional responsibilities will include;Provide year-round services for students including direct, small group sessions, and push in utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance communication skillsCompile and develop treatment plans to support students for caseload of 35 to 50Develop and implement IEPs for students with ASD, incorporating specific, measurable goals tailored to each studentRegularly monitor and document students progress towards IEP goals and adjust therapy plans as necessaryProvide training on functional life skills for students approaching graduationImplement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies, including communication boards, speech-generating devices, and sign language, as appropriateMaintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress reports.
