We provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.

The job involves bringing "Soccer Island" alive with your enthusiasm and creativity, conducting soccer sessions for children 18 months to 8 years old, including field set-up and take-down. Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling. Utilize expert-created Soccer Shots' curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session. Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers.

We offer training - a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots' curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices. Requirements include : must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License, pass our background check, valid work visa or authorization to work in the US, coaching or childhood education experience preferred, and availability for Mon through Friday time slots 9am-12pm | 3-6 : 30pm AND Saturday mornings from 8 : 45am - 12 : 00pm.

A day in the life includes safely managing a class of up to 12 children, implementing our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development, arriving on-time to your locations and providing a positive customer experience to faculty and families, maintaining equipment and managing your class rosters, and going home knowing you made a difference.

Hours : Monday through Friday : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM Saturdays : 8 : 45 AM - 12 : 00 PM
