Who We Are Looking For
Patchology is looking for a creative, assertive, and detail-oriented Social Media & Community Assistant Manager to bring our brand story to life across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms. In this role, you’ll lead day-to-day social content execution, nurture our creator community, and support affiliate and paid media programs—playing a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about beauty, trend-obsessed, and have their finger on the pulse of social culture—from the latest viral sounds to evolving creator trends. You’re equal parts creative storyteller and data-driven strategist, with a proactive, can-do mindset and a knack for turning insights into scroll-stopping content.
You’ll track and surface key performance learnings, content gaps, and trend shifts to inform planning and execution, collaborating closely with the Influencer, PR & Social Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that are as elevated as they are engaging.
Core Responsibilities
Content Execution
Own the day-to-day execution of Patchology’s social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including calendar management, post scheduling, and timely publishing.
Write all social captions, ensuring messaging and visuals are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with campaign goals.
Source content from UGC creators and our dedicated Patchology community program, curating a pipeline of elevated, platform-relevant assets.
Collaborate with the Digital Designer to bring content to life in a visually compelling, audience-aware way.
Ensure all content reflects Patchology’s evolving brand expression and resonates with our target audience—submitting calendars and creative for final approval from the Influencer, PR & Social Manager.
Provide proactive updates to internal stakeholders on social content timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress.
Community Management & Engagement
Own the day-to-day management of Patchology’s community, with a focus on our dedicated Patchology UGC program—developing content briefs, tracking participation, reposting content, and assisting in shaping overall program strategy as a core lever of our social approach.
Support the discovery and management of UGC creators for both organic and paid content partnerships—including sourcing talent, negotiating rates, drafting contracts, briefing deliverables, tracking performance, managing payouts, and maintaining accurate budget records.
Stay actively engaged in the social landscape—identifying relevant influencers, community members, and brand-aligned creators to engage with or reshare across platforms.
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions to foster authentic, timely engagement in our brand voice and spark meaningful conversations.
Assist in ideating, planning, and managing on-site brand events and community activations (e.g., pop-ups, product launches, VIP gatherings), ensuring they align with brand goals and contribute to long-term community growth.
Help cultivate a social community that feels inclusive, aspirational, and engaging—consistently staying tapped into cultural conversations and industry trends to keep Patchology relevant and resonant.
Leverage community and UGC partnerships to fuel affiliate content pipelines and strengthen sales-driving creator relationships.
Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams on creator partnerships, community feedback, and campaign involvement.
Paid Social Support
Assist in managing paid media across Meta and TikTok, including audience targeting, creative asset management, boosting strategies, and campaign setup.
Partner with the Influencer, PR & Social Manager to identify high-performing content for amplification and report on paid performance insights.
Assist in maintaining paid media budgets and tracking spend across Meta and TikTok campaigns.
Affiliate & TikTok Shop Performance
Manage backend operations for TikTok Shop, including boosting, product links, creator program sign-ups, and media settings to support performance and discoverability.
Cultivate affiliate partnerships across ShopMy, TikTok Shop, and other platforms—sourcing talent, onboarding creators, and optimizing performance.
Track affiliate and TikTok Shop sales data, identifying winning products, content trends, and optimization opportunities that drive revenue.
Align affiliate and TikTok Shop campaigns with promotional calendars, creator partnerships, and brand goals.
Team & Cross-Functional Support
Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to support broader brand and campaign goals.
Own and organize the social / creator asset library, ensuring assets are accessible, trackable, and leveraged across teams.
Build and maintain monthly reports across organic, paid, and affiliate content, providing actionable recommendations based on performance.
Maintain organized social assets, platform links, and internal trackers to ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations.
Act as a communication hub between social, influencer, creative, and digital—ensuring visibility across initiatives and reducing information gaps.
