Job descriptionOrganize and execute marketing events in partnership with health and wellness brands. Coordinate event logistics, including planning, branding, and on-site representation. Run in-store promotions and activations. Coordinate with West Coast team to execute California based events. Identify and build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with Facialworks’ values. Manage influencer campaigns, including content briefs, deliverables, and performance tracking. Collaborate with partners to create impactful campaigns and co-branded opportunities. Utilize video and photography skills to create engaging, on-brand content for social and digital platforms. Work closely with creative teams and graphic designers to develop visually compelling branding assets, including swag, gift cards, and promotional materials. Manage podcast requests and scheduling for our brand representatives. Coordinate guest appearances, talking points, and content strategy for podcast-related opportunities. Oversee and manage customer review platforms, including Yelp and Google My Business, ensuring timely responses to reviews and maintaining a positive brand image. Address customer concerns or queries raised on digital platforms in a professional and brand-aligned manner. Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of branding and content assets. Utilize tools like Tagbox to streamline asset storage and retrieval. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of branding and marketing efforts. Must be highly efficient, extremely organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience in social media management across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Strong video and photography skills, with an ability to create high-quality content. Proficiency with Canva or other design tools for creating graphics and social media assets. Experience with event planning or coordination, particularly in the health and wellness industry. Familiarity with working with influencers and managing partnerships. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools. Ability to manage customer reviews on platforms like Yelp and Google with professionalism and tact. Located in or near Boca Raton, Florida Background in marketing or communications. Passion for skincare, wellness, and health industries. Video editing experience is a plus. Familiarity with brand-building strategies and storytelling. We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Event Marketing Coordinator to grow our social media presence, manage marketing events, oversee customer review platforms, and foster collaborations with influencers and partners. This role is integral to increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and elevating our owner’s personal brand alongside Facialworks’ presence.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute creative strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and sub-accounts.
- Oversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand promotion guidelines.
- Collaborate with our owner to manage and enhance her personal social media presence.
- Monitor social media platforms and online channels for trends, brand mentions, and engagement opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with CMO on a marketing calendar for social that incorporates master marketing calendar items.
