Social Creative Director is responsible for elevating the brand’s active social presence to enhance brand affinity by taking a strategic and hands-on approach to creative social media content across all brand social platforms. This role requires someone with specialized focus on social media content creation and recent experience at a top-tier brand or agency. The Social Creative Director’s mission is to create social content that stops people from scrolling and starts engaging. This leader will drive engagement and grow follower counts by keeping Raising Cane’s at the forefront of social conversations through innovative social campaigns, timely social trend execution, and maximizing brand partnerships. Your Impact and Responsibilities
Directs the strategic development of photo, video, and copy-based social content from ideation to execution for all brand channels and platforms, emphasizing short-form video. Leads creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand culturally relevant through social media. Collaborates with Social, Brand, and Creative teams, as well as external partners, to align on social content pillars, ensuring focus and consistency. Conceptualizes and develops big ideas to generate viral social moments. Identifies insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content. Partners with various teams to integrate social ideas into broader campaigns, ensuring a cohesive narrative. Leads hands-on execution and builds a world-class social creative team by nurturing talent and encouraging bold thinking. Fosters team development through regular meetings to support growth and success. Qualifications
8+ years of creative experience focused on social media, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role within a top-tier agency or in-house team. A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing recent high-performing, award-winning social media work. Experience conceptualizing and executing large-scale social campaigns and stunts. Proven ability to capitalize on cultural moments with impactful social activations. Expert knowledge of current social media marketing methodologies and platform nuances. Proactive attitude with a passion for advancing the brand in a dynamic social landscape. Experience leading a high-volume in-house studio and contributing directly to execution. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools. Attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles. Highly collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Full-time availability at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX, with 30-50% travel. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
