- Implement community management by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster engagement.

- Monitor and interpret social media analytics to adjust and innovate strategy as needed.

- Experience working with social media for an organization, publication, or other public entity.
- An understanding of the unique natures of social media platforms, plus how to tailor voice and content to each for maximum results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability and experience working in a collaborative team environment.
