Reports To : Program Director
The Administrative Assistant / Social Media Coordinator is hired by the Program Director with the approval of the Judge of Clark County Circuit Court No. 4. The program operates under the auspices of Clark County Circuit Court No. 4 and provides advocacy services to promote the best interests of abused and neglected children who are involved in court proceedings with the Department of Child Services. The position is 20 hours per week at $15.00 per hour. Flexible work hours with the ability to work partially remotely after a 90-day probationary period.
Qualifications
- Exceptional computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word suite and Adobe, willingness to learn unfamiliar database systems such as Optima ®.
- Able to navigate and manage various social media platforms (i.e. websites, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and maintain the CASA program's website.
- Able to use basic office equipment, ie copiers, scanners, phones.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally both orally and in writing.
- Able to work cooperatively with different types of personalities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the CASA mission and goals.
