The Marketing Manager, Social Media will be responsible for driving the sale of goods and services on the online platform by reaching potential customers through various social media channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social media, excellent content creation skills, and a proven track record in social media marketing.
Responsibilities
Brand development
Design and develop brand strategies that align with the company’s mission or statements
Conduct market research and competitive analysis ensuring brand consistency across all platforms by overseeing brand message and visual identity
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency across both new and existing products
Marketing Strategy and content creation
Develop and implement marketing plans including digital, social media or traditional marketing channels
Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, product launching and promotional events
Create and manage content strategies that engage target audiences and support brand goals
Performance Tracking and Reporting
Track and analyze the marketing campaigns and brand initiatives performance
Keep alert with insights on marketing trends by using data to refine marketing strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Literature, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multi-tasks effectively under deadlines, time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in digital marketing such as Instagram, YouTube, etc.
