Job descriptionSunday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm Monday N / A Tuesday 10am-2pm Wednesday 10am-2pm Thursday 4 : 30pm-8 : 30pm (seasonal) Saturday : N / A Create social media content that reflects the heart of our church and connects with our community Manage day-to-day engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Create and edit videos from weekend services, into stories, reels, promos, and ministry highlights Design graphics for social, web, events, and ministry needs Write engaging captions , YouTube descriptions, and content to support posts and campaigns Produce and publish a weekly podcast (both video and audio formats) Must be a committed Christian whose lifestyle and beliefs align with the mission and values of EastLake Church Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc.) General understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook best practices and platform management Experience in photography and video capturing for digital content Prior experience in content creation, video editing, or digital media (church or nonprofit setting is a plus) Strong eye for visual storytelling and detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Communications Department and overall ministry goals. Be flexible and willing to assist with church-wide events, special projects, or cross-functional team needs as required. Mobile – In and out of office to ensure task completion This is an on-site role, working in person with our team and community Overtime hours as required by ministry needs Church staff is required to abide by the Cultural Expectations (tithe, attendance, conduct, etc.) As a staff person at Eastlake Community Church, I agree to abide by all the provisions of the Employee Handbook.
