Glossier is looking for a highly strategic & creative thinker to support the development of ownable, best-in-class social strategy & social marketing campaigns. This person will be responsible for audience & engagement growth across all owned channels to drive brand awareness & advocacy. This will include the daily management of channel operations (copywriting, content planning & creation, & content team oversight) along with executing the social strategy for all brand launches, in collaboration with cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye & be at the forefront of social trends & innovation as well as the ability to develop channel-by-channel goals & effectively measure success.
6 Month Expectations :
- Lead the development of the social content tentpoles, along with the calendar, to support overall business & marketing objectives, while driving growth, engagement, & brand awareness across all owned social channels
- Ability to conceptualize, coordinate, & create compelling insights-informed content
- Help coordinate, grow, & foster relationships with our social community & content creators
- Partner with cross functional teams, including creative, marketing, & commercial, to effectively translate, compile, & cross-pollinate integrated marketing plans through a social lens
- Collaborate internally within the social team, including management of the social coordinators calendar & copy & acting upon insights provided by the consumer social lead
- Develop strategic creative briefs for the creation of campaign & always-on assets that align to the business objectives, brand strategy & goals
- Champion brands values & identity on social media, ensuring all communications are on-brand, authentic, & resonate with our target audience
- Ability to identify on-brand trends & deliver with fast-paced execution
- Enhance relationships with the retailers by partnering with Shopper Marketing & Customer Marketing to craft retailer-specific social content plans on owned channels
