Job descriptionKeep website content current, including regular updates to pages, blogs, and news sections. Manage online directory listings to ensure accurate and consistent information across platforms. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback. Liaise with external vendors and service providers, including website developers, CRM solution providers, and digital marketing agencies. Coordinate updates, upgrades, and troubleshooting for digital platforms. Ensure the CRM is up to date with relevant information for marketing campaigns. Analyze data from digital platforms to inform strategy and improvements. Assist in the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness. Provide administrative support for digital operations as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proven track record of managing digital platforms and coordinating with vendors. Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Knowledge of SEO and online marketing best practices. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are a plus.
