Leads the execution of organic social media activities across priority platforms
Tracks, analyzes, and reports key social metrics while sharing insights with stakeholders
Engages with audiences and manages community interactions, including support inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Working knowledge of social media platforms, audiences, and trends
Experience with enterprise social management tools and social listening / reporting tools
Familiarity with influencer engagement and brand advocacy programs is a plus
Demonstrated foundational business acumen related to social performance metrics
