We’re looking for a Veterinary Client Care & Social Media Specialist to be the welcoming face of our clinic while also managing our social media presence. If you're passionate about connecting with people, have a knack for storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do :
Client Engagement : Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, schedule appointments, and manage phone calls and emails.
Social Media Management : Create engaging posts, share success stories, and respond to comments across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business to highlight our clinic’s care and culture.
Administrative Support : Maintain accurate patient records, handle financial transactions, and keep the reception area clean and inviting.
Community Ambassador : Promote our services, build relationships with clients, and foster a sense of community online and in person.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience : Previous veterinary customer service experience preferred.
Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling software.
Compassionate Communicator : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for animals.
Self-Starter : Creative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player : Collaborative and reliable, with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
