Partner with creative, paid media, and eCommerce teams to align lifecycle strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email best practices while ensuring strong deliverability. Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and improved retention. Apply email design best practices and work with tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visually compelling content.

About the Role
