As a Psychologist at AllHealth Network, you'll be an integral part of dynamic, multidisciplinary teams committed to excellence in behavioral health. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to serve high-acuity clients, many of whom are navigating the intersection of behavioral health and the criminal justice system. You'll play a vital role in ensuring clinical, legal, and ethical standards are upheld through careful assessment, collaboration, and participation in court proceedings related to certifications and treatment compliance.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, including diagnostic assessments for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, anxiety / mood disorders, and other developmental or psychiatric conditions.
• Administer, score, and interpret a wide range of standardized instruments (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-4, ADOS-2, Conners), integrating cognitive, academic, emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning data.
• Conduct clinical interviews with clients, parents, and collateral sources (e.g., teachers, therapists, probation officers) to gather comprehensive background information.
• Write integrated psychological reports and provide clear, compassionate feedback to families, schools, and referring providers.
• Collaborate with AllHealth Network's Assessment Center and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, timely assessments and coordinated care.
• Oversee clients on outpatient certifications, with or without court-ordered medications, ensuring compliance with the 27-65 statute and related legal documentation requirements.
• Attend court hearings and communicate findings and recommendations in a professional and ethical manner to support client care and system coordination.
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, treatment planning, and program development initiatives that advance client outcomes and professional excellence.

Compensation :

$105,000 - $110,000 annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network hiring salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
