SYNERGY HomeCare of the West Valley is seeking an experienced, confident, and dependable caregiver for a full-time afternoon/evening position. This position requires a caregiver who is comfortable working in a challenging social environment. The right caregiver for this position must be able to remain calm, patient, professional, and respectful during difficult or confrontational interactions. This position may involve working with a client or family members who have strong personalities, challenging communication styles, differing expectations, or may become confrontational at times. We are looking for someone who does not take difficult interactions personally, can maintain appropriate professional boundaries, and is confident de-escalating tense situations while continuing to provide compassionate care.
The ideal caregiver can confidently say: "I am comfortable working in challenging social environments and can remain calm, patient, professional, and respectful when working with clients or families who have strong personalities, challenging communication styles, or differing expectations."
