We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Specialist for our award-winning PR firm, Carbonara Group. This position creates, designs, and manages content for a variety of strategic social media channels. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success creating and executing effective social media and digital content campaigns, is an excellent writer and creative thinker, and can produce high-quality graphics and attention-getting videos for social campaigns, e-blasts, and other digital communications. You are also organized and enjoy managing multiple priorities and projects. Experience in real estate and / or nonprofit industries is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Social Media strategy – can formulate and execute strategy for effective audience engagement and audience growth
- Content creation - Writing, designing, and editing engaging digital content, such as social media posts and videos, website content, blogs and multimedia presentations
- Content management - Planning, creating, maintaining, and analyzing digital content to improve results for communication platforms
- Data analytics and reporting - Evaluating the effectiveness of social media and other digital communication campaigns to report outcomes and improve results
- Multi-media storytelling -Capturing photography and video of client events, programs and activities and creating compelling social media and digital marketing content
- Marketing strategy – Contributing to the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns based on data-driven decisions focused on business goals
- Client Service – Interacting with clients regularly to obtain information for planning, content development, approvals and to provide reporting.
