Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Office Services Support. This role involves front desk reception and hospitality support, including kitchen maintenance (cleaning and stocking), mail handling, and copy/scanning duties. The ideal candidate is self-directed, reliable, and able to stay productive with minimal supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service abilities, are required.
Schedule & Pay:
•Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Pay rate: $23/hr
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide front desk reception support, including answering calls and directing inquiries
• Handle mail distribution, copying, scanning, and general office document support
• Maintain kitchen and breakroom areas by cleaning, stocking supplies, and ensuring tidiness
• Deliver strong customer service support across daily office operations
• Stay productive and self-directed with minimal supervision
• Perform routine physical activity including walking, standing, and occasional lifting
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in a related field
• Experience delivering formal or informal training sessions
• Experience operating advanced machinery and performing complex tasks
• Strong organizational and goal-setting skills
• Ability to define, prioritize, and achieve realistic objectives
• Ability to lead, train, and support other employees when needed
