Job description
Take your career to the next level as a Social Work Supervisor in a dynamic behavioral health program. This opportunity offers leadership over crisis and intensive case management services, guiding a team that supports adults with mental health and substance use challenges.
Shift Details
Regular hours : Monday Thursday 8 : 30 am 7 : 00 pm, Friday 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm
Additional hours, evenings, and weekends may be required based on program needs
After-hours coverage for crisis calls with stipend provided

Supervise crisis screening, intervention, and intensive case management services
Manage program staff and ensure quality and compliance in service delivery
Provide guidance and support for after-hours crisis response
Collaborate with clients, families, community partners, and law enforcement
Maintain accurate documentation, data tracking, and reporting
Uphold trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices
