NOVO, a premier high-end limited service restaurant and juice bar, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about showcasing NOVO's luxurious products, stunning locations, cutting-edge equipment, and sophisticated design through compelling social media content. This role is pivotal in maintaining high customer engagement and fostering growth in our social media footprint as we expand.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation : Develop, curate, and manage high-quality visual and textual content that captures the essence of NOVOs brand. This includes photos, videos, stories, and reels that highlight our high-end offerings, unique design elements, and the ambiance of our locations.
Social Media Management : Oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.) to ensure brand consistency, voice, and aesthetic. Schedule posts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner to maintain and grow our community.
Customer Engagement : Actively engage with followers and potential customers by initiating conversations, hosting live sessions, Q&A, and leveraging user-generated content to build a vibrant online community.
Brand Storytelling : Craft narratives around NOVOs products, services, and company milestones. Use storytelling to connect with our audience on an emotional level, emphasizing the luxury and exclusivity of the NOVO experience.
Analytics and Reporting : Monitor, analyze, and report on social media metrics to understand audience behavior, campaign performance, and ROI. Use insights to optimize strategies and content for better engagement and reach.
Campaign Management : Design and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing strategies, seasonal promotions, or new product launches. Collaborate with other marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Influencer Collaboration : Identify and partner with influencers who resonate with NOVOs brand ethos to expand reach and bring authenticity to our social media presence.
Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices to keep NOVO at the forefront of social media innovation.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for engaging audiences.
Proficiency in content creation tools (like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Creative thinker with an artistic eye for design and photography.
Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
