Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager for Social Health Programs to join our dynamic team and lead the charge in transforming social health initiatives. In this critical role, you will craft a compelling value proposition for innovative programs, develop a strategic vision, and create an execution plan that showcases social impact alongside financial viability. Your knowledge of social health will guide the operational success of our programs and form valuable partnerships with healthcare providers to effectively embed social health practices into their workflows. Your communication skills and ability to align with key stakeholders will be vital for the successful implementation of our initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand our company strategy and market positioning to create a strong product vision and strategy that amplifies value.
• Identify future needs and opportunities for improvement by leveraging insights from metrics and qualitative feedback.
• Represent the product in key governance meetings, effectively communicating priorities and decisions to diverse audiences.
• Act as the accountable owner for the product portfolio, gathering insights across multiple products and customer segments.
• Lead Agile development processes as the Product Owner.
• Manage the product backlog, continuously prioritizing based on internal feedback and strategic direction.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required.

Preferred Responsibilities:

• Create detailed program roadmaps that align with organizational goals and market trends.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities in the Social Health landscape.
• Build persuasive business cases articulating the social impact and financial returns for new programs.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Social Health programs, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing management.
• Ensure daily operations of existing programs run smoothly and adhere to established protocols.
• Monitor program performance with key metrics, making data-informed adjustments to achieve optimal results.
• Identify and implement best practices for effective program management and operational excellence.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to coordinate resources and garner support.
• Devise strategies to assist providers in smoothly integrating Social Health solutions into their practices.
• Ensure timely, budget-conscious execution of all Social Health initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Proactively address potential hurdles in program execution and implementation.
• Regularly provide updates on program status to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Education:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or comparable experience.

Preferred:

• MSW
• MPH
• MBA

Experience:

Required:

• 3 years of product management experience.

To Include:

• 1 year of advanced experience in the relevant domain.

Preferred:

• 5 years of experience in designing and executing social health programs.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or health plan operations.
• 3-5 years in clinical quality management.

• Strong business acumen, including P&L management.
• Exceptional communication skills.
