Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support and case management services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to person-centered care, advocacy, and the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and their families. This is a perfect opportunity to gain entry-level training in case management, social services and/or related fields.

We are currently hiring Case Managers in both South Bay and North County areas, including but not limited to Chula Vista and Vista, CA. Candidates who can serve these regions are highly encouraged to apply!
