Since 1995, we've specialized in serving both adult and geriatric residents in short-term acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities. Our clinicians define this work as the perfect balance between flexibility and efficiency.
Part-time AND full-time positions available :
C.H.E. offers a variety of part-time and / or full-time options to our clinicians. Packages can be customized towards every clinician's needs. Packages can include some combination of :

Responsibilities
What we provide :
We are in need of clinicians with strong skills, who enjoy working independently. Schedules are flexible and ideal for recently licensed LCSW, and those looking to supplement their current work.
You will be joining :

Compensation : $100,000.00-$138,000.00
