In this role you will lead automation project to streamline processing for Jack Henry's Credit Union Hosted environment (EASE). A primary focus will be building all necessary automated processes for clients moving to EASE.

This position offers remote flexibility within a 70-mile radius of any of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Louisville, KY; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

Responsibilities

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing up to six onboarding projects concurrently
  • Ensuring all project deadlines are met
  • Coordinating and communicating between clients and other Jack Henry departments working on the assigned projects
  • Managing all automation for the first few weeks of the client's onboarding
  • Troubleshooting and fixing issues in a timely manner
  • Identifying departmental process improvements
  • Improving process documentation
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 18 months of experience in IT or software experience.

  • IT experience

  • OpCon experience
  • FTP experience.
