Role Overview
As a Licensed Architect, you will lead the design and development of commercial projects from schematic design through construction documents. Youll translate client needs into strategic architectural solutions that meet code, brand standards, and business goals. You will work closely with internal teams, engineers, consultants, and developers to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
What Youll Do
- Analyze
client goals, site conditions, and zoning / code requirements to inform design decisions.
thoughtful, innovative commercial environments with a focus on function, flow, and form.
full drawing sets including SD, DD, and CD phases leveraging Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering tools.
consultant coordination, ensuring technical documentation aligns with design intent and code.
workflows across the design process to improve project delivery timelines.

value-engineered design solutions that balance cost, schedule, and aesthetics.
