The Role

Podium is looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Brazil who is eager to make a real impact. We like to say we have "Sangue nos olhos" when it comes to helping our customers win, and we're looking for engineers who share that same passion.

As part of Podium's Automotive team, you'll engineer scalable systems that modernize how dealerships and service centers communicate, transact, and grow. This team is building the next generation of AI-driven toolsfrom intelligent messaging and workflow automation to seamless integrations with dealer management systems. You'll help craft high-performance, reliable software that transforms fragmented customer journeys into unified, data-driven experiences that power real business results.
