Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented software engineers for Marketplace Seller Performance. As the Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions using Java / J2EE, Spring Boot, and REST / GraphQL APIs. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and implementing microservices architectures and front end.

About Team :

Seller Performance platform : Our team is responsible for the design, development, and operations of the Seller Performance platform for Walmart. We focus on providing platform capabilities and experiences to Marketplace sellers with insights, recommendations, incentives and analytics to enhance seller performance thereby improving conversion and driving growth and meeting performance standards.

What you'll do :

• Immigration support is not provided for these role
• Build, develop and guide a team of high-performing talent.
• Participate in technical design & reviews, PoCs.
• Be accountable for the engineering practices in the team like technical design, CI-CD, code quality, planning & delivering features
• Work with business stakeholders, architects, UX designers, product & program managers
• Work with global teams to deliver industry leading capabilities
• Able to identify & convey risks & issues to the leadership and help drive mitigate them.
• Raise the bar for the team on technology with predictable & consistent deliveries
• Good knowledge of Agile practices, Devops
• Partner with infrastructure teams

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2 : 7 years' experience in software engineering or related area.

2 years' supervisory experience.
