Desirable knowledge of .NET framework and its integration with PowerBuilder. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and sustaining engineering principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to resolve customer issues. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies is a plus.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, as well as collaborating with the engineering team to maintain and enhance our software solutions' reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes to enhance code quality and application performance.
- Adapt and maintain existing software applications, focusing on PowerBuilder-based systems, with a strong ability to integrate .NET technologies where applicable.
- Develop and implement new features in response to customer feedback or to resolve underlying issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to project design, implementation, and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to PowerBuilder and .NET, applying best practices to daily work.
