Iron Mountain is seeking a high performing Procurement Professional to join our Global Procurement team. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing plans for technology categories, leading complex contract negotiations, and driving significant cost optimization initiatives.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will :
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for technology categories, including enterprise software and cloud services, with a focus on long-term value creation and cost reduction.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Legal, Finance, senior executives) and key technology suppliers to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with business needs.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulations, particularly concerning technology contract terms, vendor risk management, and cybersecurity risk mitigation.
Lead complex technology contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, SLAs, and risk mitigation clauses.
Drive cost savings and value improvement initiatives across technology through competitive sourcing and effective supplier management.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology sourcing, including vendor and compliance risks.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have :
8+ years of experience in technology sourcing or a related strategic sourcing field.
Deep knowledge of software licensing and optimization, with broad knowledge of license metrics and related mechanics.
Proven ability to lead complex contract negotiations, drive unit cost reduction, and lead deals from start to finish.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
CPSM or other related industry certification.
