Description
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager who understands how payment systems work. Payments processing is crucial to our business. You'll find ways to make things better, measure how much of a difference those changes will make, and then put them into action. These projects will be big and involve lots of people, both inside and outside the company. You'll also need to make sure everything follows the rules and manage risks, while thinking about how to grow and improve our platform.
Responsibilities
- Create the plan : Develop and put into action a clear plan for our payment processing tools, making sure it fits with our company's goals and what the market needs.
- Understand the market : Look at payment trends, new opportunities, and what our competitors are doing. Use this information to make smart decisions about our products and decide which features to build first.
- Work with teams : Collaborate closely with engineers, operations, sales, and marketing to figure out what our products need and prioritize features based on what customers want, what the market demands, and how it will help our business.
- Manage the roadmap : Be in charge of the development plan for our payment processing products. Clearly communicate priorities, timelines, and important milestones to everyone in the company.
- Handle risks : Oversee efforts to manage risks related to payment approvals and security. Make sure our products follow all necessary rules and security standards.
- Track success : Set goals, watch how our products are doing, and look at user data to keep making our payment processing tools better and better.
- Build relationships : Connect with people inside and outside the company, including customers, partners, and vendors. Gather their feedback, test out ideas, and make sure everyone is on the same page about product plans.
