Job description

Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description : CSI Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who can create tests to identify issues with software before the product launch. Quality Assurance Engineer duties include identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review after. Other tasks include developing and running new tests, reporting on the results, and collaborating with software developers to fix program issues. Depending on the internal organizational structure, Quality Assurance Engineer may progress to a managerial or executive position. Yearly Total Pay : ($85,000-110,000) 100% Remote Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in computer science is often required
Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows
High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages
Solid experience in manual and automated testing
Extensive experience in software development and testing

Responsibilities :

Create tests to identify software problems

Analyze bugs and errors found during tests

Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience

Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs

Additional Quality Assurance Engineer duties may apply
