Our ideal Software Sales Executive candidate is a true trailblazer, ready to conquer uncharted territory with enthusiasm! They thrive on change and juggle multiple projects with ease and joy. With a knack for viewing challenges from various perspectives, they tackle objections with confidence and clarity, making them stand out in any team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up and convert leads from lead generation activities
  • Actively hunt down new leads and convert them into sales
  • Explain ALMobile software in detail to potential clients, do product demonstrations
  • Overcome price objections and technical objections with confidence and clarity
  • Understand the current trends in the construction industry and be able to clearly explain the positioning of ALMobile in response to these trends.
  • Use connections in the construction or technology sector to tap into lead generation and partnerships.
  • Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 5 years of previous experience in software sales, preferably in the construction industry, with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or enterprise-level sales.
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in consultative or solution-based sales rather than transactional approaches.
  • Client-Centric Mindset : Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with construction firms, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working for a construction technology company is a plus
  • Familiarity with construction processes, workflows, and pain points common to contractors, project managers, and finance / accounting teams.
  • Knowledge of SaaS, ERP systems, or other software solutions tailored for construction.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
