Accenture Products & Platforms is seeking an experienced Software Pre-Sales lead, with a proven track record of over-achievement, who can join our exceptional team and make an immediate impact for our software team.

Our industry-leading software modernizes and streamlines how customers interact with organizations, providing a multi-channel engagement experience.

Responsibilities :

Presales support for selling software products including licenses, maintenance, solutions and services to meet and exceed key business measurements. These professionals work with sales team to ensure Accenture tells a compelling story in our sales messaging. Operate efficiently and effectively to enable the origination / closure of sales and improve sales performance / growth.

Travel can vary from 25-100% to client site depending on project alignment

Here's What You Need :

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience and knowledge of software company operations
  • Minimum 3 years of software sales or project management experience and a track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Minimum of 5 years working with technology modernization for large Fortune 500 companies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points if you have :

  • Deep knowledge of B2B or B2C processes
  • Broad knowledge of the competitive landscape and marketplace for customer engagement solutions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and C-suite executives (CEO, CIO, COO, CAO, etc.).
  • Experience in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, and offers, and in the origination of new business.
  • Proven track record of executing complex sales opportunities.
  • Professional Skills Required :

  • Persuasive communication skills
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and with a positive mental attitude
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
